OYO Hotel Douglas GA US-441

I stayed here for extended stay, the staff is very lovely. Haresh and Ginny are very personable and great! I love the fact that they take care of their guests. The room was beautiful and very clean. Not at all what I was expecting for a hotel this cheap! I was much better then I thought it would be. The parking lot was clean and very well lit at night. There was not any noise there that is annoying personally to me, so that was great. They had stocked soda machines. The office was beautiful with the curtains and fish tank. All around a very pleasant experience for me! 5 Star from me! A lot of these people giving bad reviews can't spell or use proper English. Maybe let's not listen to them. Just saying. Maybe they are mad they got thrown out.

Not only was the gentleman at the office friendly, but there was an issue with the TV in one room he was quick to fix it so I could enjoy the TV offered! The Rooms were not expensive with all the amenities they offered!! Huge Breakfast choices from eggs, sausage, English muffins, Danish, fresh made Belgium waffles, coffee!! Would Definitely recommend this motel 10x over!!!!

I gave this hotel a five-star rating because while it's not the fanciest place and not brand-new, it's clean, it's the only hotel within reasonably short walking distance from downtown Douglas, it has a great manager who was extremely helpful and kind, and it's far cheaper than any place else in town. A five-night stay extending over a weekend from Thursday night to Tuesday morning was only $309.75 — only a little more than more than $60 per night including taxes! My main reason for traveling to Douglas, Georgia was to attend a concert at the Martin Centre. This historic Art Deco theater is only 0.6 miles away from the hotel and there was also a great restaurant along my walking route, Cow Tippers Burger Company. If you like fast food (I don't, but to each their own), there's a KFC right across the street from the hotel. Suffice it to say that this hotel would be my first choice for lodging if I have reason to travel to Douglas, Georgia again. However, if you are prissy and picky, need a fancy sparkling new hotel, and don't care if it costs a fortune you might want to go elsewhere. I say that because I am sick to death of that sort of guest criticizing perfectly nice hotels.

I’m one of customer, still here , when u guys coming here and staining 80% less $ than neighbors (hotels) what u waiting for? :)) I got my 2 days 95$ and- everything works inside room what u need to take some rest , one more if are scared and nervous about bacteria’s and hate people around u will get same senses and problems everywhere otherwise u can get more friend bacteria’s those reviews guys just take a rest and don’t live “forever” on the earth, peoples have lot of difficulties here and we have to take each others …

Harry is an absolute LEGEND. He assisted with our booking in the middle of the night, on CHRISTMAS, and booked us into a clean, comfortable room. So impressed. Surprised at any negative reviews as our experience was perfection. 5/5 would definitely recommend. Exceptional service and excellent accommodations. If going through Douglas again, will absolutely stay with pleasure. Cannot say enough good things. Well done!

Owner is very helpful, room was spotless, they are really fixing up this place since the last time I’ve been here. They also have the nicest sweetest dog there. Overall I would come back and stay anytime.

Clean, safe and friendly staff. It was busy with several guests hanging around outside, which concerned us at first glance because we have our two children with us, but then we realized most are farm workers staying here during the season. Room was clean and very roomy. Could use an upgrade on the number and quality of towels received, but for the price, it was a great place to rest after a long day of travel.

HARRY KEEPS ALL RIFF RAFF OUT! NICE, SAFE, CLEAN, AND QUIET PLACE TO LODGE FOR FAR LESS MONEY THAN ANYWHERE ELSE IN TOWN! I came from East Tennessee down here for business and Harry has been nothing but excellent the whole time absolutely accommodating to me and my fellow crew members, just simply one red blooded American running a business the way it ought to be thank you Harry for the wonderful stay! WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK HERE! GOD BLESS YOU HARRY AND KEEP CARRYING A HEAVY STICK !!!
